The AE Tilley Ltd Tool Room is equipped with all of the machinery required to maintain our modern plant.
Our Konida FV-1 CNC Milling Machine is able to machine components in three axis. We have a variety of lathes, bandsaws, radial drills, surface grinders and a heat treatment furnace.

Our welding division is equipped with MIG, TIG and Arc welding facilities for welding mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. In addition we have spot welding facilities, deburring machines, riveting and fastening equipment.

AE Tilley Ltd has established long standing partnerships with associated industry groups enabling us to offer a comprehensive manufacturing service to all of our customers.
