High end project work is always satisfying. Assisting iconic fuel distribution companies Chevron and Z-energy with rollouts of fuel payment kiosk projects tested the envelope in all areas of our business. A collaborative approach was adopted at all stages of these projects. 3D computer modelling and prototyping enabled multiple alterations and production considerations prior to manufacture.
Our advanced CNC manufacturing plant, skill sets and co-ordination with suppliers ensured precision cutting, punching, folding, welding, finishing and assembly of all components. Our ISO system ensured quality and conformity at all stages of production.
Our association with Malcolm Ravenscroft Ltd has seen our company make a solid contribution to many medium to large heating and ventilation projects in New Zealand and Australia. Engaging with Ravenscroft from design to manufacture enabled localised requirements and specifications to be built into these energy efficient Halton chilled air beams and ventilation diffusers. Our relationship with various industry partners enables the delivery of a complete and finished product.
We’ve worked with a multitude of retail chains in New Zealand. Recently, nationwide hardware chain Placemakers approached us to manufacture a series of adjustable hardware display shelves and display panels for several of their trade and retail stores.
Our flexible manufacturing plant provided the ability to cut, punch and fold these items as per customer requirement.
When ordinary won’t do. The launch of Area 51’s Cuba St store in Wellington required a selection of shelving and display units that matched the brand’s market positioning. Our competencies in the cutting, punching and folding of metal products enable the best in custom requirements.
