Our range of safety grating and floor treads provide the ultimate in non-skid flooring. Our walkway products include: Tilley Plank, Tilley Stud Plank and PcP - USA type B walk way plank The uses for our walkway planking products include: catwalks, stair treads, mezzanine floors, oil storage platforms, drain covers, servicing pits and architectural detail.
PCP - USA Type B

An open-type lightweight floor unit. Designed to provide a safe, non-slip walkway or floor area. Stocked in three standard widths 4 Diamonds, 5 Diamonds, 6 Diamonds. The unique DIAMOND pattern with its raised serrated edges gives a non-slip surface in all directions. Offers easy access for light and air due to 50% open area. Self cleaning design combats fatigue. Maximum strength with minimum weight, Reducing the need for supporting members. Available in Mild Steel or Hot Dip Galvanised. Low cost and easy installation.

Tilley Plank

Manufactured in standard length of 3.0 metres and 2 widths: 230mm & 300mm.  This product is available in 3 material types: 2mm & 2.5mm plain Mild Steel & Hot Dip Galvanised Mild Steel, 2mm Stainless Steel; 304 & 316 grades & 3mm Aluminium. Tilley Plank's uses include: catwalks, mezzanine floors, stairs, storage platforms, drain covers and many more.

Manufactured in standard lengths of 2.4 & 3.0 metres at a width of 265mm:  This product is available in 3 material types: 2mm & 2.5mm plain Mild Steel & Hot Dip Galvanised Mild Steel, 2mm Pre Galvanised Mild Steel & 3mm Aluminium. Tilley Stud Plank's uses include: external catwalks, mezzanine floors, stairs, mining, power stations,  and areas requiering high levels of drainage.
