AE Tilley Ltd can provide a total package in sheetmetal shearing, punching, laser cutting, precision folding, deep forming, piercing, blanking, welding, finishing, through to assembly. All products and processes are to AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standards.
We utilise the most advanced CNC machine tool technology, backed up with latest CNC programming and manufacturing tracking systems. With a wealth of experience behind us we have carried out a wide range of projects and been a major subcontractor to many companies for 88 years. The design and build projects have included portable electrical sub-stations and cellular telephone network enclosures of all sizes.
We have been involved with the ANZAC Ship Project to provide the safety stair treads throughout all the frigates. We have also completed other military contracts. (Pics or case studies from client?). Recycling CentersA wide variety of recycling centers have been supplied to local councils and airports throughout New Zealand and provide collection points for processing of selected items.

Kiwi Rail Train Cabs 2008A E Tilley Ltd. provided design and modeling for this project and followed on with fabrication and welding.

Retort Trays 2009Design assistance was provided to an Australian company producing Pet Food for these trays, which are used in a fully automated plant. Welding and fabrication jigs were manufactured and 1000 trays produced to a very tight time frame to complete international orders. Trays are produced from Stainless Steel Type 304L grade, and were fully TIG welded.

Lambton Quay Redevelopment 2009Street and Park furniture supplied for this development, with design assistance to architects and council.

Chevron Fuel Consoles 2009Design and fabrication services provided on this project to supply stations nationally. Manufactured form Stainless Steel Type 304L grade with powder coated Aluminium roof panels and Polycarbonate sides.

Brambuk National Park (Australia) 2009Laser cutting and welding in Corten steel to create the 'Lizard Men' sculptures which grace the entrance of the Brambuck National Park.
