Laser cutting

  • Muratec Magnum 2125 Hybrid combines high speed turret punching and precision laser cutting
  • 2000 watt Cincinnati CL-707 CNC laser cutting sheets up to 3000mm x 1500mm
  • Positioning accuracy of + 0.025mm
  • Ideal for precision componentry, signage and display products
  • Cutting material thickness in:
    • Mild steel - 12 mm
    • Aluminium - 5 mm
    • Stainless steel - 6 mm
  

Turret punching

  • Six CNC Wiedeman / Muratec Turret Punch Presses - the largest having a throat depth of 1500mm.
  • Capabilities from 15 tonnes to 45 tonnes
  • 3.6 metre sheets
  • 45 tonne machine holds up to 57 stations with an auto indexing head
  • Punching up to 6.0mm thick mild steel
  • CNC Wiedematic Hybrid Punch and Laser 1500 Watt capacity Model Magnum 2125.
